Your Role in the Team

This team is responsible for developing and delivering strategies to impact active clients, engagement, and retention. As our Strategic Customer Retention Lead, you will play a crucial role in this effort.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive customer retention strategies across short-term, mid-term, and long-term planning processes.
  • Lead team members to create integrated campaigns across content, social media, events, and CRM.
  • Design and implement end-to-end customer journey campaigns across multiple channels, focusing on post-first-trade journeys based on behavioral insights.
  • Manage budgets and report monthly on committed expenses, accruals, and remaining budget.
  • Deliver measurable uplifts in key engagement metrics and monitor customer active usage and attrition.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Existing experience in Lifecycle & Retention Marketing within Saas or Fintech or Services.
  • Previous hands-on experience using Salesforce.
  • Ability to work collaboratively, building strong relationships across various teams to achieve common goals.
  • Proven project management skills with the capability to deliver projects on time.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey complex ideas and strategies.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment with a flexible approach to problem-solving.
