Job Description

This is a key opportunity to leverage your technical skills in Workday and elevate your career as a Workday Technical Consultant. You will be working closely with the Product Owner to provide support and guidance on Workday workflows.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Workday, including knowledge of its various modules and features. They will also have strong analytical skills, enabling them to identify and resolve complex issues efficiently.

In this role, you will work collaboratively with the team to ensure seamless day-to-day operations and troubleshoot any technical issues that may arise. Your attention to detail and ability to communicate effectively will be essential in providing exceptional support to both internal and external stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Extensive Workday Experience: In-depth knowledge of Workday to handle related issues effectively.
  • Experience with AMS: Prior experience working with an Application Management System.
  • Issue Triage and Resolution: Skilled at triaging and resolving Workday defects using a SharePoint defect tracker.
  • Data Proficiency: Strong with data to assist with analysis and fixing data in Workday.
  • Analyst/Consulting Mindset: Ability to provide insights and advice to help with defects that are handed over to them by Product Owner.
  • Administrative Tasks: Handling admin tasks like ticketing, forwarded emails from Product Owner to log and manage any required testing from our AMS vendor, and general support.
