• Lead and develop the Catholic culture, spiritual growth, and knowledge of staff and students
• Coordinate sacramental, ecological, and social justice programs
• Develop and implement a low variance curriculum that supports cognitive science and the process of learning
• Provide instructional coaching, supportive leadership, and strong teacher development
• Ensure the safety, wellbeing, and inclusion of all children
