About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Expert to join our team at Sikorsky Australia.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and performing various procurement activities, including sourcing, negotiating, purchasing, and supplier identification and management.

As a subject matter expert in procurement, you will provide expert advice and guidance to stakeholders across the company.

You will develop strategies to source, negotiate, and purchase products to meet program requirements and manage procurement processes through to delivery.

Liaising with external suppliers to resolve complex queries, expedite orders, and monitor supplier performance is also a key aspect of this role.

Maintaining accurate procurement data records in system/s of record and internal tracking tools is essential.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate significant procurement experience and vendor management experience.

You will possess strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build trusting relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers.

Additionally, you will have a focused, flexible, proactive, and positive attitude, a professional and strong work ethic, and advanced data analysis and Excel skills.
