We are currently seeking an experienced professional to play a crucial role in supporting the lifelong learning of our valued members.
With a key focus on customer service, this opportunity will involve providing effective administration of the College's Continuing Professional Development (CPD) programs, processes and resources for Fellows and non-specialist doctors working in Emergency Medicine.
The CPD team is entering a pivotal time with the upcoming launch of a new CPD platform, making this a highly dynamic and challenging role. To be successful, you must have:
- Demonstrated experience in supporting education programs, preferably in the vocational sector.
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent planning, time-management and organisation skills.
- Well-developed communication skills.
- The ability to work both in a small team and unsupervised on tasks in accordance with team objectives, timelines and priorities.
- The ability to use initiative and problem-solving skills.
- A customer service orientated and member-focused approach.
This is a full-time position, based in Melbourne.

The estimated salary for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
