We are seeking an experienced Principal Engineer - Asset Management to join our team in NSW. As a key member of our growth strategy, you will play a lead role in driving our expansion in the management of built assets, leveraging digital tools and innovation to empower our staff and clients worldwide.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 10 years' experience in engineering and/or asset management, with a strong track record of leading project teams and delivering high-quality results. You will possess excellent report writing skills, with the ability to present complex concepts to various stakeholders and influence decision-making discussions.

About This Role:

  • Deliver asset management services for major road, rail, and maritime infrastructure assets, including tunnels, bridges, railways, and ports;
  • Manage asset management projects to meet budget, program, and quality targets, while exceeding client expectations;
  • Develop asset management options for clients, including whole-of-life cost and value analysis;
  • Lead and contribute to bids for work in asset management across Australia;
  • Leverage existing and foster new client relationships to grow Arcadis' asset management portfolio;

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 10 years' experience in engineering and/or asset management with tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline;
  • Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to mentor diverse teams;
  • Experience working on asset management consultancy activities for major Australian infrastructure assets;
  • Excellent report writing and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex concepts to stakeholders;
  • Strong client focus, with the ability to foster relationships with asset owner clients and contractors;
