Front Office Receptionist

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to fill this exciting Front Office role at our park.

About the Position

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service, processing check-ins and outs, managing reservations, and coordinating with the Housekeeping team. They will also be required to complete day-to-day office administration tasks and maintain excellent relationships with teams, residents, and guests.

Main Responsibilities
  • Providing a high standard of customer service and ensuring a positive guest experience
  • Processing guest check-ins and outs efficiently and accurately
  • Utilizing the park's booking system to make reservations and manage accounts
  • Coordinating with the Housekeeping team to track accommodation readiness
  • Supplying guests with information regarding property and local areas of interest
  • Completing day-to-day office administration duties
Requirements
  • Previous Front Office experience within the hospitality industry
  • Possessing a passion for delivering exceptional Guest experiences
  • Proficient in computer skills, including knowledge of RMS or comparable Reservation Booking System
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to handle cash transactions accurately
  • Demonstrating strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Enthusiastic and positive attitude
  • Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and evenings as needed
