About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team at Lancemore Mansion Hotel. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of food and beverage staff to deliver exceptional service and high-quality food and beverage experiences
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue growth
  • Monitor and control food and beverage costs, inventory, and labor expenses
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintain a clean and safe working environment
  • Collaborate with the restaurant manager to plan and execute special events, promotions, and menu launches
