Key Role Summary

A highly experienced and skilled professional is sought to deliver tailored investment advice to high-net-worth individuals and families. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, exceptional presentation abilities, and a passion for mentoring others.

This role involves building and nurturing trusted relationships with clients, providing bespoke investment strategies, and overseeing the preparation of advice and review documents. The successful candidate will be able to attract and retain high-net-worth clients, build networks, and collaborate with internal teams to promote the organization's services.

This opportunity also includes the chance to mentor junior advisers, share expertise, and contribute to initiatives that drive innovation and reinforce the organization's position as a leading investment-focused private bank.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Completion of FASEA requirements and registration on the ASIC Financial Advice Register in Australia
  • A proven track record of delivering compliant and tailored financial planning wealth strategies and investment advice
  • Strong leadership skills and a collaborative mindset, with a passion for mentoring others
  • Exceptional presentation skills, both in personal interactions and deliverables
  • The ability to build trusted, long-term relationships with clients
  • Existing relationships or the ability to cultivate networks that bring new clients to the organization
