Operations Supervisor

We are looking for a Supervisor of Operations to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to take on a variety of responsibilities and make a real difference in the world.

The key areas of responsibility for this role include:

  • Curbside Collection Fleet Coordination
  • Operational Target Development and Management
  • Maintenance and Repair Tasks
  • Team Leadership and Culture Development
  • Operational Efficiency Improvement
  • Performance Management and Reporting

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a supervisory role
  • Knowledge of comprehensive safety management systems
  • Experience within the transport, waste, logistics, and recycling industries (desirable)
  • Microsoft suite experience (essential)
