Formulation Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Formulation Specialist to join our team.

The successful candidate will have a passion for science, problem-solving, and making a difference in the aquaculture industry.

About the Role

  • Maintain, update, and optimise feed formulations to ensure quality, performance, and sustainability.
  • Manage formulation records, analyse data, and prepare reports to support daily operations.
  • Collaborate with production, logistics, and quality teams to align recipes with raw materials and ensure timely delivery.
  • Assist with quality checks, regulatory documentation, and laboratory support to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation projects to drive business growth and excellence.

Key Requirements

  • A degree in science or a relevant laboratory qualification.
  • Knowledge of fish nutrition, quality control, or food science is highly regarded.
  • Exceptional analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • A collaborative mindset and excellent communication skills.
