We are seeking a Home Care Assistant to join our team in the greater North-West Adelaide region. As a trainee, you will receive on-the-job training and complete a Certificate III in Individual Support during work time.

The role involves providing care and support to elderly clients in their homes, including domestic assistance, personal care, transportation, and social support. You will be responsible for assisting with daily tasks such as bed making, shopping, and meal preparation.

Shifts are available Monday to Friday, between 9:00am to 5:00pm, with varying shift durations from 1 hour to 3 hours. You will be paid for your travel time and kilometers between clients.

Throughout your traineeship, you will learn various skills, including:

  • Domestic assistance
  • Personal care
  • Transportation
  • Social support

You will also have opportunities to develop your communication skills and build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
