Role Overview

As a Delivery Driver at Red Rooster, you will be responsible for delivering our delicious food to customers across Australia. This is an exciting opportunity to join a beloved Australian institution and be part of creating memorable experiences for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Safely and efficiently deliver food orders to customers at their specified locations
  • Ensure orders are accurate and delivered in a timely manner
  • Handle payments (cash or card) and maintain accurate transactions records
  • Communicate any delays or issues with orders to the restaurant or customer
  • Ensure the delivery vehicle is well-maintained and clean
  • Follow all road safety and traffic regulations during deliveries
  • Assist with other restaurant duties such as packaging food orders when necessary

Requirements

  • Have a current P1 driver's license and access to a reliable, roadworthy vehicle that is registered and comprehensively insured for delivery
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Must be reliable, punctual and positive attitude
