About the Role

This position involves overseeing specialized projects that are at the forefront of electrical engineering innovation. The successful candidate will work with a dedicated team to deliver projects safely, maximize client satisfaction, and utilize resources effectively.

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing project-specific plans following industry best practices, taking full ownership of projects, and controlling project programming, cost, time, quality, purchasing, contract administration, general site administration, and subcontractor activities.
  • They will also manage overall safety, quality, and environmental standards on projects, authorize construction planning, programming, network outage coordination, and on-site completion schedules, as well as monitor project progress and tackle issues head-on.
Requirements
  • A trade or Bachelor's degree qualification in an electrical discipline is preferred, along with significant experience in Project Management in a similar role within the High Voltage Maintenance & Construction Industry.
  • The successful candidate will have general knowledge of maintenance, design, procurement, construction, and commissioning, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills, proficiency in offering solutions to technical challenges, and demonstrated leadership capabilities.
  • They will be able to work well with others to deliver as a team, attend to detail, meet deadlines, and have a genuine passion for re-imagining problems and continuous learning to help shape the future.
