About the Role

The Project Manager is accountable for the development and delivery of capital works projects via the utilisation of detailed project management activities. Successful outcomes will be achieved by engaging in and overseeing project research activities, business case development, stakeholder consultation, project planning, designing, project delivery and project closure while monitoring and reporting on project status to comply with agreed governance arrangements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Coordinate and manage project teams, including stakeholders, contractors, and suppliers.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, policies, and procedures.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks and issues.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
Requirements
  • Relevant qualifications and experience in building and construction, engineering, architecture, or a related field.
  • Proven project management skills, including experience with project planning, coordination, and delivery.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and customer service.
  • Eligibility to work in Australia.
