Job Description

We are seeking a diligent Kitchen Assistant to join our team. This role involves maintaining the cleanliness and sparkle of the kitchen, ensuring impeccable hygiene standards at all times.

The successful candidate will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining kitchen equipment, removing rubbish, sweeping and mopping kitchen floors, and disinfecting kitchen areas following the proper sequence of chemical usage.

They will also support the kitchen team with tasks such as basic food preparation, grating, peeling, chopping, and preparing batters, garnishes, and seasonings.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Practical experience in kitchen operations or cleaning is highly desirable.
  • A positive and motivated attitude, with enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced diverse environment.
  • Flexibility to accommodate various shifts, including mornings, late evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
