As an Assistant Department Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day functions of your department and working closely across the store to ensure a great shopping experience for our customers.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with customers and provide them with a positive shopping experience through Everyday ACTs - Acknowledge, Care & Thank.
  • Maintain a safe working environment by following established procedures and protocols.
  • Develop department operations skills to support the department team and improve overall store performance.
  • Work collaboratively with others to achieve business outcomes and goals.
