Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct initial assessments to determine the rehabilitation needs of clients
  • Develop and implement personalized rehabilitation plans to help clients achieve their goals
  • Coordinate and liaise with other healthcare professionals to ensure clients receive comprehensive and coordinated care
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients throughout their rehabilitation journey
  • Complete detailed reports on clients' progress and outcomes
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, or Physiotherapy
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and procedures relating to rehabilitation services
  • Current driver's license and access to a vehicle
  • Full AHPRA registration or ESSA
