**Job Overview**

The Linen Supply Officer plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the Linen Department. This involves maintaining an adequate stock level of linen, restocking and delivering clean linen to departments as required, and collecting soiled linen in a timely manner.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Maintain inventory levels of linen to ensure an optimal supply
  • Restock and deliver clean linen to departments as needed
  • Collect soiled linen from departments and process it for cleaning and reuse
  • Foster effective working relationships with nursing unit managers, general services, and other stakeholders
  • Exercise initiative, problem-solve, and work independently with minimal supervision
  • Navigate computer systems to undertake online training modules, update rosters, and view HR information
