Dynamic Store Experience Manager

Job Description
- Create and support a high-performance culture to ensure great customer experiences across the store.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service standards pre-, during-, and post-sale.
- Contribute to the store experience by assisting with merchandising of all products on the sales floor.
- Support efficient stock delivery and processing, adhering to receiving processes.
Qualifications
- Possess a passion for home entertainment, music, movies, technology, appliances, and/or games.
- Exhibit enthusiasm, passion, and motivation.
- Demonstrate customer focus and results-driven attitude.
- Show ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups.
