Landscaping Career Opportunity

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced landscape professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and leveling sites for residential builders, operating Bobcats and other machinery, and performing soft landscaping tasks.

This full-time role offers a four-day work week (10-hour days), with regular overtime opportunities and nearly every weekend off. You'll work primarily on new housing developments across South West Brisbane.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and level sites for residential builders' projects.
  • Operate Bobcats and other machinery safely and efficiently.
  • Perform soft landscaping tasks, including garden edging, mulching, planting, laying turf, and paving.
  • Allocate tasks and supervise team members to meet project deadlines.
  • Order and collect materials for job sites.
  • Assist with manual landscaping tasks when required.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience: At least 2 years in soft landscaping and 1 year operating Bobcats.
  • Licences & Qualifications: Medium Rigid (MR) licence (required).
  • Construction White Card.
  • Bobcat ticket (preferred, but not essential).
  • Current driver's licence with reliable vehicle access.
  • Personal Attributes: Punctual, reliable, and hardworking.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work.
