Job Opportunity

The Corporate Travel Consultant is a key role within the organization, responsible for communicating and responding to client requests. They will help clients travel efficiently and effectively.

We are seeking a skilled and experienced travel agent to fill this position. The successful candidate will be responsible for searching and confirming travel reservations for corporate clients using various communication methods.

Main Responsibilities
  • Search and confirm travel reservations for corporate clients
  • Provide consultation services on travel policies and requirements
  • Fulfill all necessary regulations including DOT, TSA, passports, and visas
  • Offer industry information such as low fares, exchange costs, and penalties
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational processes and commercial relationships with clients
About the Ideal Candidate
  • Proven experience in the travel industry, specifically working with corporate travel arrangements
  • Mid to advanced level skills in GDS Sabre
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  • In-depth knowledge of the travel industry, policies, procedures, and processes
  • Australian work rights
