Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Physiotherapist to oversee the operational and clinical performance of our acute outpatient physiotherapy services and the Osteoarthritis Hip and Knee Service (OAHKS).

The successful candidate will work closely with our Clinical Lead of Advanced Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy Services, the Head of Physiotherapy, and other key stakeholders to ensure safe, personal, effective, and connected care for our patients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the operational and clinical performance of acute outpatient physiotherapy services and OAHKS.
  • Develop and maintain a clinical caseload in these services.
  • Work closely with the Clinical Lead of Advanced Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy Services and the Head of Physiotherapy to ensure high-quality care.
  • Collaborate with other key stakeholders to achieve service goals.

Requirements

  • Registration with the Physiotherapy Board of Australia (AHPRA).
  • Proven commitment to safe, personal, effective, and connected care.
  • Expert knowledge, skills, and experience in physiotherapy outpatients and osteoarthritis management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated expertise and experience mentoring and supervising others.
  • Extensive experience in clinical education and operational management.
