In this role, you'll work closely with customers to understand their RV needs and provide personalized solutions. As a skilled problem-solver, you'll be responsible for scheduling service appointments, communicating with customers, and submitting repair orders.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include

  • Providing exceptional customer service and support throughout the service process
  • Scheduling service appointments in a timely and efficient manner
  • Communicating effectively with customers to determine RV repair or maintenance requirements
  • Submitting repair orders with accurate and detailed descriptions of repairs and/or maintenance
  • Recommending additional products and services to enhance the overall use of the customer's RV
  • Clearly explaining technical issues to customers and how they can be repaired

Requirements

  • Previous customer service experience required
  • RV or Automotive Service Writing experience preferred
  • Ability to multitask and complete tasks efficiently
  • Must be extremely detail-oriented and organized
  • Familiarity with MS Office Suite
  • Valid driver's license
