About This Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a social worker to join our multidisciplinary team in a dynamic and supportive environment.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced social worker to provide psychosocial assessment, consultation and clinical intervention to patients and their families.

As a social worker in this role, you will have the opportunity to work across a diverse range of health areas, including acute, sub-acute and community based programs.

You will be part of a team-based approach, working closely with nurses, doctors and other allied health professionals to deliver high quality patient-centred care.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the health environment and be able to navigate complex risk situations.

Your Skills and Qualifications

  • A degree in social work recognized by the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW)
