Grounds Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Grounds Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Swan Valley. This role is ideal for individuals who take pride in their work and have a passion for ensuring the upkeep and beauty of our park.

The Role:

This is a full-time position that requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of the park, including daily tasks such as cleaning, mowing, and litter removal.
  • Performing general grounds upkeep, including landscaping and repairs to park facilities.
  • Managing and maintaining park equipment and tools.
  • Adhering to all safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in grounds keeping or a related field.
  • Skilled in building and grounds maintenance tasks.
  • Attention to detail to ensure the safety and aesthetic appeal of the property.
  • Ability to safely operate groundskeeping equipment and power tools.
  • Excellent time management skills and flexibility to work over a 7-day roster.
