Key Leadership Role in Art and Creative Education

The school is seeking a highly skilled and experienced art and creative education professional to lead and inspire our students.

This is a full-time, ongoing position based in our campus, providing strategic leadership and direction for the art and creative industries curriculum and program.

  • Develop and implement high-quality, engaging art and creative education programs for secondary school students.
  • Lead, develop and mentor a team of art and creative industries teachers to achieve exceptional outcomes.
  • Foster a collaborative learning environment that encourages student innovation and exploration.
  • Organize art exhibitions, performances and other creative showcases to celebrate student achievements.

We're looking for someone with tertiary qualifications in Fine Arts, Visual Arts or a related creative discipline, and proven experience teaching at the secondary school level.

  • Demonstrated success in leading, managing and developing a high-performing art and creative industries program and team.
  • Excellent knowledge of the Victorian curriculum and experience in curriculum development and implementation.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage and inspire students, staff and the wider community.
  • A proven track record of driving innovation and continuous improvement in art and creative education.
  • Enthusiasm for collaborating with colleagues and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
