As Venue Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of a multifaceted venue, ensuring seamless execution of events and activations.

You will build strong relationships with DJs, promoters, and develop your team to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multi-paced venues with ease
  • Develop and lead high-performing management teams
  • Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Coordinate schedules and manage performers effectively
  • Develop and implement effective operations best practices

This is an autonomous role with boundless support from our central team, offering opportunities for mobility across venues and international expansion.

Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in late-night entertainment and venue management
  • Proven track record in event programming and budget development
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate teams
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Commitment to high professional standards and diversity in the workplace
