Backend API Developer

We are seeking a skilled Backend API Developer to create and maintain secure, scalable APIs that support innovative digital solutions.

This role has opened due to ongoing growth and project delivery needs. We collaborate with cross-functional teams across the full software development lifecycle to ensure timely resolutions.

You will be responsible for developing and maintaining APIs with a strong focus on security, performance, and resilience. This includes implementing best practices such as input validation, encryption, and version control.

Additionally, you will document APIs using OpenAPI and ensure consistent error handling and observability.

Required skills include 3+ years of PHP (8+) and Symfony development experience. You should also have strong knowledge of SQL and database integration (Oracle, Postgres advantageous).

Familiarity with API design, OpenAPI documentation, and Git/GitHub is essential. Experience with Linux-based systems (Redhat preferred) is also required.

A key requirement is strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or within a small team.
