We are a South East Queensland-owned and operated electrical design consultancy with 70 years of combined experience between our two directors. Our consultants are established experts in the commercial, industrial, government, and residential markets.

**Salary Package**

The successful candidate can expect an excellent salary package consisting of a base salary plus superannuation, providing a competitive total remuneration. This includes flexibility in work arrangements, such as negotiable start and finish times and the option of a 9-day fortnight.

**Job Description**

We are seeking a driven and dynamic Electrical Designer to deliver high-quality designs for a variety of projects across Residential (URD), Rural Residential, Commercial and Industrial Subdivisions. The ideal candidate will have experience working with relevant engineering design software, including AutoCAD, BricsCAD, LV Drop & Perfect Lite.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Determining and analysing quotes, procuring and inspecting materials for overhead and underground sub-transmission and special distribution projects;
  • Producing works plans for sub-transmission line construction based on project scope documents;
  • Designing panels for overhead projects.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

  • Exceptional attention to detail in both written and verbal communication skills;
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to plan, organise, and prioritise;
  • Experience working with Energex & Ergon design requirements.
