Job Opportunity: Lead Growth Strategist

Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned growth strategist to spearhead the development of our early successes into a repeatable, data-driven growth engine.

  • Develop and execute a Product-Led Growth (PLG) roadmap, setting quarterly objectives and key results (OKRs), selecting key performance indicators (KPIs), and driving design and engineering teams to achieve them.
  • Create and run fast, instrumented experiments, prototyping, A/B testing, shipping, measuring, and iterating.
  • Craft the freemium journey, defining pricing and packaging, upgrade nudges, usage-based paywalls, and in-app education that is helpful rather than harassing.
  • Design and implement self-serve flows that convert users while surfacing timely product-qualified lead (PQL) signals to sales teams.
  • Balance PLG and Product-Led Sales (PLS), ensuring seamless handoffs from self-serve to sales-led interactions.
  • Prioritize product and revenue alignment, partnering with sales and revenue operations to transfer high-intent users and collaborating with marketing to acquire suitable segments.
  • Embody customer-centricity, engaging with customers weekly, analyzing metrics from Mixpanel, Productboard, Looker, and support tickets to uncover pain points and areas for improvement.
