Assembly Specialist Role

We are seeking a skilled Assembly Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling and preparing metal components for treatment and finishing processes.

The role involves working with technical drawings and precision tools, as well as maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Masking metal components to prepare surfaces for treatment and finishing processes.
  • Shot Penning of metal surfaces as part of metal treatment preparation.
  • Reading and understanding technical drawings and following them with precision.
  • Using hand and power tools to perform tasks such as Linishing, Beveling, Honing and "Blending Out" of surface imperfections from metal surfaces.
  • Working consistently and being flexible with working hours and the ability to perform overtime.

Requirements:

  • Australian Citizens.
  • Clean police record.
  • Ability to satisfy multiple defence security clearance requirements.
