Investment Performance Lead

This role is a fantastic opportunity to take your career to the next level by leading investment performance and attribution reporting. You will oversee the production of high-quality reports for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery and actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end investment performance and attribution reporting across all fund structures.
  • Manage and mentor a team of analysts, promoting professional development and high-quality output.
  • Oversee the production of monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc performance reports for various stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with investment teams to interpret performance trends and provide insightful analysis.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in funds management or custodian organizations, with direct experience in performance analytics and investment data management.
  • Strong knowledge of performance measurement, attribution, and risk-adjusted return metrics.
  • Experience with performance systems (e.g., Pearl/Ortec, FactSet, Morningstar, Bloomberg PORT, Aladdin).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
