- Ability to take instructions from the Leading Hand and site Foreman.
- Commitment to safety and adherence to BMD Quality, Safety & Environmental standards.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a comparable role.
Additionally, the following skills are highly regarded:
- Previous experience as a Concreter.
- Valid driver's license.
- Current Construction White Card.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints.
- Strong focus on safety.
- Keen attention to detail.
