Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct leadership to engineering managers and some engineers
  • Partner with our People team to attract and engage top talent

Requirements
  • Proven leadership experience, with a strong record of hiring and developing great talent
  • 10+ years of engineering leadership experience, including experience overseeing an engineering org of 20+
  • Comfortable operating in an environment where you need to motivate teams by working with managers and directly with engineers
  • Experience delivering and maintaining B2B web apps, with some consumer-facing product experience preferred
  • Strong sense of urgency to deliver results and inspire the team to achieve beyond what they think is possible
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • Enthusiastic about diving into the code and getting hands dirty when needed
  • Strong technical mastery in software engineering, with a commitment to learning and improving their craft
