Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Childcare Professional to join our team as an Early Childhood Educator. In this role, you will work closely with our Senior Educators and Educational Leader to design and implement engaging learning programs that promote child development and meet the needs of our diverse community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement curriculum plans that align with the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues to create a supportive and inclusive environment
  • Contribute to the planning and implementation of educational programs that promote learning and development
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements

  • Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • Current NSW Working with Children Check
