Job Title: Performance Marketing Design Director

We are seeking an experienced leader to spearhead our global, multi-channel performance campaigns that drive conversions and engagement.

About the Role
  • Develop high-impact, performance-driven creative concepts across various formats, including statics, videos, and social media content.
  • Guide and mentor a high-performing team of designers, copywriters, video editors, and junior creatives.
  • Own the creative process end-to-end, ensuring it meets high standards for quality, performance, and brand alignment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch integrated campaigns that deliver measurable business outcomes.
Your Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in agency or in-house roles, such as Art-Based Creative Lead, Senior Art Director, or similar.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing exceptional conceptual thinking, art direction, and performance marketing expertise.
  • Deep understanding of platform-specific creative best practices, including Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Display.
  • Proven ability as a hands-on creator of engaging content, including reels and TikToks.
