To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Previous experience driving business analytics transitions to tools like Snowflake and Power BI
  • Ability and desire to be involved hands-on as well as manage a small team
  • Well-developed stakeholder engagement and change management experience
  • Related experience in Service Delivery, IT Management, or Consultancy
  • A good understanding of reporting processes and methodologies
