Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to fill the role of Assistant Store Manager. This position will involve working closely with the Store Manager to develop and implement strategies that drive team performance.

As an Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for providing operational support to ensure the smooth running of the store. This includes organizing stock, processing sales, generating reports, and responding to customer inquiries.

This is an excellent opportunity for a career-driven professional looking to take their retail management skills to the next level. Previous experience in a leadership role is beneficial but not necessary.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Store Manager in developing and implementing operational plans
  • Organize and manage stock, including incoming and outgoing inventory
  • Process sales transactions and generate sales reports
  • Respond to customer inquiries and concerns
  • Provide exceptional customer service

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 1 year of retail management experience (preferred)
  • 1 year of customer service experience (preferred)
  • Australian work authorization
