Key Responsibilities- Assist in the planning, design development, and delivery of the Albury to Parkes project.
- Enhance projects in accordance with Inland Rail's requirements.
- Work with the Design & Engineering Team to address technical queries, compliance, and value for money outcomes.
- Contribute to project and Program safety requirements and initiatives.
- Manage the resolution of site-related construction and engineering issues.
- Provide quantitative and qualitative reports regarding the status and performance of components of the Inland Rail projects.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A degree in civil engineering or equivalent qualifications.
- Eligibility for membership of the Institute of Engineers Australia.
- Demonstrated experience in engineering (construction or maintenance preferred).
- Knowledge of or an awareness of work health and safety principles and relevant rail safety legislation (preferred).
- Experience in the administration, management, and delivery of major infrastructure projects.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- A driver's licence - Class C.
