Delicatessen Leader

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Delicatessen Manager to join our vibrant team on Hamilton Island.

This is an ideal opportunity for those who enjoy working with gourmet foods and leading a team.

Hamilton Island offers a unique work environment with four resort options, over 15 dining establishments, a championship golf course, and a luxury Yacht Club.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Training and leading your team to deliver exceptional service
  • Maintaining food safety standards and correct storage temperatures
  • Serving customers efficiently and courteously
  • Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards
  • Supporting the supermarket manager as needed
  • Managing stock levels, rotation, and ordering

About you: You are a positive, friendly team player with pride in your appearance and work quality.

Required skills and experience include:

  • Delicatessen experience
  • Retail food experience
  • Food Safety Supervisor certification
  • A friendly, can-do attitude
  • Current driver's license
