Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales and Operations Manager to join our team at Lukfook Group. As an Assistant Jewellery Sales Manager, you will play a key role in managing the operation of our department, building strong customer relationships, and driving sales through effective merchandising and promotional activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the department, including the flow of goods and improving employee efficiency.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent service and complaints resolution.
- Develop and implement effective merchandising and promotional strategies to drive sales.
- Provide feedback to staff on performance and expectations.
- Prepare sales and retail-related reports.
Requirements:
- High School qualification.
- At least 8 years of solid working experience in the retail industry, preferably with 4 years in jewellery or management.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Good communication and written skills in English and Chinese, including Cantonese and Mandarin.
- Strong business sense, with logical thinking and analytical ability.
- Good leadership skills, with the ability to coach and motivate sales teams to achieve sales targets.
- Ability to work Saturdays and Sundays on a rotational roster.
- Ability to work with POS systems, Microsoft applications, and portable devices.
