**About the Role**: We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Party Host to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences at kids' birthday parties.

**Key Responsibilities**:

  • Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Manage the reception area during weekdays, ensuring a seamless experience for court hire bookings
  • Work efficiently and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • Collaborate with teammates to provide a 5-star experience in all parties
  • Manage payments, prepare kids' party food, and maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in food preparation and serving areas
  • Ensure facility cleanliness, dining areas, restrooms, and activity spaces meet high standards
