Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Rigging and Staging Manager to lead our team of experts in managing a vast inventory of equipment for events across Melbourne CBD, regional Victoria, and nationally. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth execution of events, ensuring timely delivery of equipment, and providing exceptional customer service.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in staging and rigging, with a proven track record of managing complex logistics operations. They must possess excellent problem-solving skills, be able to thrive under pressure, and demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Industry background in staging and rigging with a minimum of 5 years experience
  • Proven experience in managing logistics operations, including warehousing and event management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to effectively communicate with clients and team members
  • Career experience demonstrating ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
  • A passion for problem-solving and continuous improvement
  • Current manual driver's license (comfortable driving 3T trucks) and current forklift license
  • Current residence or visa to work in Australia and Construction Induction White Card
