Key Responsibilities:- Manage and optimize a diverse fleet of Linux systems across multiple environments
- Design and implement automation for provisioning, configuration, and monitoring using tools like Ansible, Terraform or scripting
- Develop reusable templates and frameworks to standardize deployments and reduce manual effort
- Drive platform maturity by identifying inefficiencies and implementing improvements that boost performance, reliability, and security
- Australian citizen with the ability to hold and maintain a baseline clearance
- 6+ years of experience in Linux infrastructure and application administration
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field desired
- Relevant certifications such as Red Hat Certified System Administrator or equivalent
- Advanced scripting skills (Bash, Python, Ansible, Terraform)
- Experience administering and updating Apache Tomcat, Wildfly, ActiveMQ and Web Server software
- Proactive with strong problem-solving skills; able to troubleshoot complex issues independently
- Excellent communicator who can explain technical concepts clearly
- Calm, confident and resilient when navigating challenges or uncertainty
