We offer a competitive salary of $55,000 per annum, based on your experience and qualifications.

Job Description

As a Food & Beverage All Rounder, you will be responsible for providing EPIC guest service across our F&B outlets and events. This includes working in our Blvd Café and Bar, amenities, in-room dining, Pool bar, and conferencing and events.

You will be personally connecting with guests, creating a sense of belonging, and ensuring that every interaction is memorable.

In addition to this, you will be:

  • Making perfect coffee drinks, delighting guests with each cup.
  • Delivering exceptional guest service, exceeding expectations every time.
  • Mixing and creating quality beverages, from cocktails to juices.
  • Maintaining a clean and comfortable environment for our guests.
  • Cashiering and providing guests with local discounts and promotions.
  • Creating memorable dining experiences by connecting with guests and locals in BLVD Bar & Café.
  • Ensuring loyalty guests are recognised and receive their benefits.
  • Delivering room service, amenities, and pool bar orders as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in café, bar, banquets, and à la carte service.
  • Experience in Micros or a similar POS cashiering system and processing credit cards.
  • A willingness to learn and strong interpersonal skills.
  • A genuine passion for connecting with guests and making them feel special.
  • Sound wine and cocktail knowledge with a creative flair to accommodate requests.
  • Ability to work within a team environment, helping each other, and being confident in your ability to work autonomously.
  • Current QLD RSA certificate.
  • Reliability and flexibility in your availability to work a variety of shifts, including late nights, early mornings, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Current work rights for Australia.
