Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Crew Member who is committed to delivering exceptional customer service and driving a positive workplace culture. As a Crew Member, you will be responsible for providing a seamless dining experience for our customers, handling a variety of tasks, including taking orders, preparing food, maintaining cleanliness, and managing inventory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greeting Customers: Greet customers in a timely and friendly manner, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Food Preparation: Prepare food according to Burger Urge standards and recipes, including cooking, grilling, frying, and assembling food items.
  • Cleanliness and Hygiene: Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen, dining area, and restrooms.
  • Operational Efficiency: Operate and maintain kitchen equipment, such as grills, fryers, and ovens, to ensure efficient food preparation and service.
  • Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

  • Strong Interpersonal Skills: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and colleagues.
  • Customer Service Skills: Demonstrate a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Flexibility: Be available to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and school holidays.
  • Food Safety Certificate: Hold a valid Food Safety Certificate.
  • Working Rights: Possess valid working rights, including a passport and visa documentation for international candidates.
