Job Description

Clinician Opportunity in Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service (CAMHS)

We are seeking a dedicated Clinician to join our team at the Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service (CAMHS) in Port Pirie.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality clinical services to children, adolescents, and their families, addressing mental health issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accept accountability for outcomes of clinical practice for children, adolescents, and their families with mental health issues.
  • Address inconsistencies between practice and policy.
  • Ensure optimal consumer care, focusing on achieving the best possible health and recovery outcomes for consumers.
Requirements:
  • Relevant degree/registration/qualification for respective discipline.
  • Extensive clinical experience in treating and managing complex child and adolescent mental health issues.
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct mental health assessments and therapeutic interventions of a complex nature with children, adolescents with emotional and behavioral difficulties.
