**Job Description**:

This is a fast-paced role as the first point of contact, utilizing outstanding administration skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Answering and diverting calls
  • Meeting and greeting clients
  • Mail, banking, filing and general support for the Property Management team
  • Database management
  • Diary management
  • Utilizing modern software for task management

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Professional and well-presented individual with excellent time management skills
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to work within a team
  • Outstanding administration skills with experience in reception or property industry
