Culinary Expert

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Chef de Partie to join our culinary team at Traverse Alpine Group. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality meals that exceed our guests' expectations.

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to set recipes and standards, ensuring exceptional presentation and taste.
• Collaborate with our Head Chef and Sous Chefs to plan and create menus that showcase our culinary expertise.
• Supervise and train junior kitchen staff to ensure seamless kitchen operations.
• Monitor and maintain stock levels, food wastage, and adhere to health and safety regulations.
• Contribute to the development of new recipes and menu items, driving innovation and excellence in our culinary offerings.

• Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role, with a strong culinary background and attention to detail.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations, with a commitment to maintaining high standards.
• Culinary degree or diploma preferred, with a passion for delivering exceptional culinary experiences.
